How much does a wedding photographer in Antwerp cost?
▸ With Radja, wedding coverage starts at €2,450 all-in, for 10 hours of coverage with ±250 hand-picked high-resolution photos.
That includes travel within Belgium, a personal online gallery and editing. No separate invoices for editing hours or gallery fees. Want extra hours, a second shooter or an album? Add those on. Fair market price for an experienced documentary photographer in BE · starters charge less, peers with 200+ weddings on the counter charge more.
▸ 02
How many hours do you shoot per wedding?
▸ Standard 10 hours of coverage, from getting ready to the first serious dance-floor casualty.
For most Belgian weddings that comfortably covers prep, ceremony, reception, dinner and the start of the party. Want me to stay until the last shot? Extra hours are €120/hr. Short ceremonies or micro-weddings can run on fewer hours.
▸ 03
Do you travel abroad for destination weddings?
▸ Yes, regularly. Travel within Belgium is included in the base package; outside BE you get a custom quote.
Flight, transfer and accommodation are charged at cost · no margin, no surprises. Previous destinations: Italy, Spain, France, UK. For European destinations, two to three nights is standard so the day itself stays relaxed.
▸ 04
How fast do you deliver the photos?
▸ Sneak peek within the week, full set in weeks · not months.
Concretely: a 10–15 photo sneak peek on Instagram or by mail within the week after the wedding. The full reportage (±400 photos) usually follows within 4 to 6 weeks via a personal online gallery that you can easily share with family and friends.
▸ 05
Do you work analog or digital?
▸ Fully digital, with an analog editing style leaning toward Tri-X and Portra.
Two camera bodies, prime lenses and an honest flash for indoor and evening work. No pastel-pink presets, no lavender filter · just contrast, grain where it fits, and both color and black-and-white from every photo.
▸ 06
Do I need a second shooter?
▸ Not required. I cover most weddings solo; for big ones (150+ guests or two parallel prep locations) a second shooter makes sense.
A second shooter is €100/hr and provides dual coverage during crucial moments (groom in one city, bride in another; entrance plus the reaction of the room). We talk it through during the intro meeting.
▸ 07
What if it rains on the wedding day?
▸ Then we'll make the best photos of the day · rain gives contrast, reflection and atmosphere.
Bad weather isn't a problem, it's a gift. Umbrellas, raincoats, fogged-up windows · it makes rougher photos than a flat blue sky. We discuss a plan B for the group shots upfront, and I always come prepared for any weather.
▸ 08
Do you shoot elopements or micro-weddings?
▸ Absolutely. Short ceremonies, intimate days or a wedding with just witnesses · happily.
For elopements and micro-weddings (up to ~30 guests) we build a tailored package. Often 4 to 6 hours of coverage instead of 10. Send your story and I work out a fair price.
▸ 09
Can I print and share the photos on social media?
▸ Yes. You get all photos in high resolution without watermark, unlimited for personal use.
Print for yourself, your family or as a gift? Just do it. Post on Instagram, Facebook, save-the-dates or thank-you cards? No problem. A credit ("📸 @radja.be") is appreciated but not required. Commercial use (magazines, vendor sites) we discuss separately.

What is your style in one sentence?
▸ Journalistic wedding photography, with a pinch of vintage, a bit of fun and a touch of rock 'n roll.
Quietly observing, standing in the right place at the right time. No flat studio light, no forced poses. Just raw light, sharp contrast, and grandma getting a kiss from an aunt who's losing her shoe.
▸ 11
How far in advance should I book?
▸ For Saturdays in peak wedding season (May–September), 12 to 18 months ahead is no luxury.
Weekday and winter weddings can usually book on shorter notice, sometimes even within the year. Check availability via the form · if your date is free, I'll hold it for you for two weeks with no commitment.
▸ 12
What sets you apart from other wedding photographers in Belgium?
▸ Fifteen years in the live-events industry · I read a dance floor and a party night before the first shutter falls.
Concretely: I know how a DJ set unfolds, how stage lighting works, when a peak moment is coming. On top of that, a documentary style that doesn't direct or pose, and puts your own story first. And yes · all-in pricing with no fine print.
